Setting point for jam

Thank you for all your emails. So many of you have asked the same question… How do you tell when jam is ready or at it’s setting point? Well i’m not going to write what is already written, here is a site for you to read how to.

I don’t own a sugar thermometer and have always used the wrinkle and flake tests. Hope this helps ;-D

Little man has discovered wraps/tortillas so this week we haven’t been jamming but rapping! lol! Quite funny but it actually fits because Little man is a lover of Bob Marley! Cool dude or what!
